      Bad payment, they make you work extra hours, and they fire people very often - Frontend Developer Elaniin Employee Review

      Pros

      1- The company is small, so you get to create friend really quick 2- free snacks 3- the environment is an environment of young people

      Cons

      1- Bad salary 2- They lie to you, they say that they are going to put you on the payroll after three months, but they don't. 3- When the project is over, they don't care and they fire you 4- They fire people very often 5- They make you work a lot of extra hours, and the payment is under 700 6- they sell themselves as a "great place to work" and it isn't because of the previous points.

      Pros

      You have lots of benefits, from work from home, to wellbeing programs and the culture of the company is always positive with lots of feedback to be better at what you do. Also, if you would like to certificate in a specific matter, you can propose the certification to you leader and they will most likely aproove it.

      Cons

      I wish I could get together with the company more often, but since I work in another country I can't do it so frequently.
