You get to do a meet and greet with the client. You are valued as an employee and offered a variety of assignments. Involved Nursing team, helpful and available when I need them.
You can make your own hours and work as much or as little as you would like due to their high number of employees.
Cons
This company is so unbelievably unorganized. They basically hire anyone with a certification in nursing assisting and then throw them out at a house with no organization of notes, instructions, or any information on what job you may have next.
