Pros
Based in city centre. Typically 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. Front line staff and Line Managers usually work good together. Flex time. If you stick in and don't move on you do have potential to learn new skills and move on in your career.
Cons
Low salary. Constant turnover of staff, Company is always recruiting. Staff leaving means workloads can be heavy and it can be a very stressful place to work at times. The company can at times have a "if you don't like it, leave" approach.
