- Unprofessional and 0 management - Boss/Owner treats you like a slave - Too much meddling into private life - No culture and professionalism - No benefits/ 0 holidays - Toxic - Company rules and policies keep changing as per Boss's mood sometimes within hours.

Working there for quite a while trying to like the work, I still couldn't find one thing to say good things about, well atleast you get colleagues to complain about the company.

Everything, mainly the HEAD of the company does value employee inputs, no holidays (even the public ones), no recognition for your contribution, no salary hikes, no paid vacation, even blames a sick leave as something do at a weekend. Absolute disaster of a management.
