      Pros

      - Remote work is encouraged throughout the business - Long-standing staff members genuinely care about making the business better, but they are consistently overlooked by senior staff who only care about their careers.

      Cons

      They actively campaign to win 'Great place to work' but it's nothing of the sort. Marketing is overlooked and dictated to and even with new people brought in, they don't care what marketing thinks - even when it's marketing decisions.

      Remote working. Pay was above average. Most of the employees are good people.

      Cons

      New MD likes to micromanage. Very little autonomy, lack of clear direction. Business is not focused on growth in the UK. Lack of communication.

      A lot of people don't know what they're doing and not very responsive to simple requests. Communication for the size company isn't great.
