      Fully remote work, good pay for entry level roles

      Cons

      Lots of RIFs, upper management seems a bit out of the loop/making things up as they go. No culture if you are a remote employee.

      - great people - strong product - product adapting to customer feedback

      Cons

      - extremely disorganized - no real direction from anywhere - constant priority changing without sufficient training to help people - zero growth opportunities - tension between teams, no real leadership to bring them together - massive lack of training available - muddled comms - more micro management than I have ever encountered
