Pros
From the very beginning of my hiring process, everyone at EPSCO has been incredibly welcoming, kind, and supportive. The culture here is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The people I get to work with each day make coming to work something I genuinely look forward to. Everyone is so kind-hearted, and there has never been a time when someone wasn’t willing to lend a helping hand. What makes EPSCO even more special is that the support doesn’t stop at just work-related matters; this team has also played a big role in my personal growth. I truly can’t say enough good things about EPSCO and the amazing people who make it what it is!
Cons
The only downside I've noticed is that the workspace can get a bit loud at times, which occasionally makes it hard to concentrate. Other than that, it's been a great environment to work in.
