We always read reviews carefully as it helps us to improve. Our team has an open-door policy regarding training and requests for assistance because we'd like to support everyone with any needs. Managers make 1:1 calls with the team members, especially during the onboarding process, to make it smoother and faster. We are currently developing training programs for all business units and continuously looking to improve our tools and processes.
