The people are friendly and some of the people can be very helpful in the IT department. Nice work/family balance.
Cons
No job security. Siloed work environment. Really no room for growth, especially on the IT side The business side doesn't pay as well. Only two weeks vacation. Promotions are based on favoritism.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. It’s great to hear that you would recommend Electrolux and that you find the work/life balance to be a good fit. We often hear this in reviews, and we are proud that many employees across the world feel the same way. We would agree that working in silos is a definite con that does not benefit anyone or any team but can be a tendency in a large, global company. As you know, as a Group we believe in the concept of Teamship, or collaborating across functions and sectors to make the most of everyone’s expertise and ideas. Thanks for doing your part to advance this concept and thank you for your contribution to our company during the past years.
Office is clean.
Free electric vehicle charging is available.
Cons
Global Leadership is forcing RTO which is presumably to get people to quit so they don't have to have a RIF and deal with that backlash. There's no reason for it after posting great numbers while everyone was remote or hybrid.
Leadership is expecting the same output from employees as those at the banks in Charlotte. But that's without the benefits of high pay, big bonuses and unlimited PTO.
Unless you're on a director's favorites list, you are just a pawn.
