This adds incredible value (and challlenges) to teams as different perceptions, ways of working and viewing things, both the little details and the big picture, come together to form a more complete image of the current situation, what must be done, how has to be done and most important why should be done.
Cons
The structure of the company must be revised, too many levels and layers make effectiveness, communication and decision making inefficient.
