Grateful for a job in this type of economy but I hate it - Customer Assurance Electrolux Employee Review

Management only sees you as a number, They talk and treat you any kind of way, 8 years and I made $15.16. There are people that have been there for 2 years and make 20 cent less. A lot of favoritism within management. Hard to move up within the company. Job Opportunities are given to people that they want regardless of education or experience. Insurance is needed yet the hospital in my city does not accept that insurance and they will not change it. They do not match 401 k until you have worked with them for 7 years. The work hours are horrible especially if you have a family.
