10yThanks for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry to hear your feedback regarding the lack of teamwork and problem solving. As you know, we are dedicating a lot of time and resources towards our global Teamship rollout which stresses the importance of collaboration and engagement in helping to make the company a success and a better place to work. It takes time for people to begin acting in this way, but we do expect that everyone takes responsibility in doing so.
