Pros

It's a big company with a global presence. You get exposed to a lot of challenging scenarios due to it's size. There are some wonderful people who work there but most of them are miserable and have golden handcuffs.

Cons

It's a toxic work environment in IT. They would rather save $5 then spend it on talented people and if you argue with the IT leadership that knows nothing about IT too much they will abuse you and then after a while fire you despite the fact you keeping things running. They like YES MEN and they dislike someone telling them what they are asking is absurd and pointless. There are a number of people who work there who should have never been hired and the more aggressive and abusive you are the higher up the ladder you move. So if you enjoy working just take a year or two and learn to hate it working for Electrolux. Also on call 24X7 with no compensation and had to turn off my phone and lie to them about where I would be if I took vacation or they would call you every day all day and keep you busy. Oh and they don't care about quality at all. That is why we were constantly blocking email and phone numbers from upset customers who were tired of being hung up on my the support center. Zero accountability.

Pros

Office is clean. Free electric vehicle charging is available.

Cons

Global Leadership is forcing RTO which is presumably to get people to quit so they don't have to have a RIF and deal with that backlash. There's no reason for it after posting great numbers while everyone was remote or hybrid. Leadership is expecting the same output from employees as those at the banks in Charlotte. But that's without the benefits of high pay, big bonuses and unlimited PTO. Unless you're on a director's favorites list, you are just a pawn.
