Excellent workplace and culture - Project Manager Elektrobit Employee Review

Truly the best feeling of "family" I've had in my career. The local management is outstanding and very supportive of its' employees, and respects work/life balance. Health care benefits were OUTSTANDING.

Unfortunately a major customer ended a contract and there wasn't sufficient work available for all "idled" employees. Need more diversification in customer base in North America

Great work/life balance. No crazy hours and flexible in regards to specific work schedule outside of core work hours. Working from home was an option with good support from IT for problem solving remote issues. Local colleagues were excellent in their skill and support of others.

Upper management does not seem to want or care about US business. US engineers were actively kept out of important or interesting engineering projects. I believe this behavior contributed heavily to the reduced business opportunities in the US and the eventual layoffs.
