      One of the more interesting spends to manage

      Cons

      Senior Management is focused only on the Finance and Sales side of the house, their Operations processes are in absolute disarray. The leaders have no experience in operations nor basic concepts; this creates gaps in vision, objectives and goals. The results are individual silos trying to figure things out.

      Decent medical benefits and 401k match

      Cons

      Company runs entirely too lean to the point where workloads are overwhelming leading to frequent burnout. Only Canadian employees have ability to purchase stock options.
