Pros
There is definitely excitement working here, with in 1 year already grown into a new operation, and tripled personnel! The teams are seeing growth everyday, which is what makes a start up company most exciting! On the business/sales side specifically we have the flexibility to sell to the marketplace and our client demands. We are not pigeon-holed to one service like other personnel groups.
Cons
Just like its pros, start up companies has its own unique challenges when it comes to changes, so you have to come with an open mind-set. So far no changes in work have been too negative, just change in policies to make the workplace more transparent as teams grow.
