Pros
✅ Excellent Product Offering - this makes it a no-brainer for a salesperson. A modern platform that is intuitive and easy to use, makes it much easier to sell. A salesperson can feel confident building trusting relationships with potential partners. ✅ Superb Customer Support- Personally, just having an excellent product isn't enough. I must know that my customers will be supported throughout their partnership. Element's customer success team is one of the best teams I've ever worked with, and the company truly leverages feedback to improve the customer experience. ✅ Passionate Senior Leadership- If you want to work with a team that REALLY cares about its customers, employees, and product - The Element leadership team is dedicated to continuous improvement amongst all these areas. ✅ Work-Life Balance- You'll work hard and have fun doing it. This is a family-oriented company that understands the importance of a healthy home life outside of work. You won't worry about being overworked or stressed about requesting time off. (more than ANY company I've worked for)
Cons
💡Element does such a great job providing flexibility and opportunity for team members to bring their own unique approaches, ideas, and skillsets to the table. With that being said, I do feel there is room for improvement in trusting individuals (just a little bit more) to do their best work and make executive decisions in their daily efforts without any blockers. 💡I firmly believe Element is an excellent company full of bright individuals working together towards a common goal. While there are always areas a company can improve in (Element cares a lot about this) They are a young company and one of the best places I've ever worked.
