Tyrannical president with constant micro-management, demand for complete control, unjust criticism, lack of transparency, and the worst part, degrading slander about all his employees behind their backs. Currently does not even have an HR department, so no recourse to help when you feel threatened, harmed, or belittled. Do not work here if you value your mental health or well-being.
