Pros
Great start-up that is moving quickly. Top-notch engineering team and very modern approach to the workplace (Autonomy, virtual but with co-working options). All the fun and excitement of building something meaningful quickly. All founding members are still there and seem committed for the long haul.
Cons
Elementl's main solution (Dagster) has a ton of promise and strong community support. This said, right now, it is in use at forward-thinking, early adopters. The solution is still to break into the 'early majority users.
