In order for us to be successful, we focus on hiring and retaining top-notch individuals throughout our organization. We maintain an exceptionally high standard for our company culture and the way Elevate employees interact with one another and our clients. We invest thousands of dollars into training for each of our team members, this individual included. With that said, it would not make sense for us to part ways with a team member who is creating a positive impact on their team, the company, and our culture.
