Increments: No matter how happy your Customer is with your work, to get an increment please your Manager.
Growth: If you ask for a promotion or raise, you are greedy.
Appraisal Cycle: The review period is from January to December but salary raises will be given in July to normal employees. No time frame for Special Employees.
Learning & Development: The learning portal is open for all, but classroom or goal-oriented training is available to Special Employees (wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend/pleasing personalities).
WFH: Per the Manager, an employee should work more than 8hrs.
Leaves: No leave encashment or adjustment policy.
