      I've had a great experience working here. Definitely not perfect but great way to learn some skills for remote teaching.

      Too many changes too fast.

      Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

      Cons

      Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
