Pros

Lots of good people caught up in a bad situation

Cons

The company wants to be a high growth startup. It hired like a high growth startup. It got a fancy downtown office like a high growth startup. It it’s not a high growth startup. Instead of facing that reality, leadership gaslights the hell out of its employees, then whiplashes them, then blames them, then ultimately fires them to stay afloat.
