      Pros

      I love being able to teach from home and helping districts who do not have teachers. I love teaching for Elevate! They have you set up for success!

      Cons

      There are no benefits. PL's don't count towards renewal credits for license.

      Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

      Cons

      Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
