Pros

The pros are building relationships with your students/customers

Cons

The team supervisors were completely rude and made you feel small when you made a mistake. There were some who were caring and kind but with the Champlain campaign, the team lead and her superior were just always on your case and spoke down to you so badly that you would want to either curse them out or cry. Sometimes both. There is no room for error or you will be fired. Certainly not a very supportive workplace. They always spew toxic positivity but if you mess up they fire you with no punishment/penalty beforehand. Jamie and Julie really don’t care about their employees but rather the campaign and you are nothing less than replaceable which is unacceptable. Nurturing employees during mistakes is a teaching moment NOT a moment to fire someone. Do better! Completely unimpressed by their management of this campaign and I would wholeheartedly deter others from applying for this position!

Work from home is the only pro

Cons

Terrible management. They play favorites, and they have strict daily quotas you have to meet or you get cut instantly. The turnover was insane to watch firsthand.
