Great Boss, Great People - Recruiter Eleventh Hour Employee Review

The recruiters are all incredibly sweet and work hard to match clients with jobs they'll do well at / match companies with people who are a good fit. Everyone works hard to be good at what they do and it shows! The company actually cares a lot about everyone who works there and it feels very inclusive.

Recruited me and I immediately began work.

The project I was working on went fine for a while, but then the client became erratic and demanding. Instead of standing up for me and my work, which was well done and professional and required accommodating the behavior and mistakes of the client, 11th hour threw me under the bus and never contacted me again, even though I did nothing wrong, met all expectations of my employment, and failed to protect me from an obviously deranged and exploitative client. They saw that I was paid, but otherwise was an extremely unpleasant experience.
