      I think that the full time staff at this company deserve higher pay. Elevo is not at market level just yet.

      I love the people I work with and the company's mission. My team is very strong in what they do. I also love the flexibility and opportunities for growth here.

      Pay could be higher and there's chaos amongst senior leadership.
