Pros

l cannot think on any

Cons

Being treated with no respect from the management, going through redundancy and at the 11th hour, everything has changed, getting no information from Elior, being given 2 days to decide if you want to go for another job but having no details of any of the jobs. Being offered voluntary redundancy, being told you will finish on a certain date and then on that date being told that you're not getting your redundancy and you have to be put back on the rota. This whole experience at the MOD West Camp Hebrides and been appalling. Elior should hang their heads in shame after the way they have treated their staff
