      Pros

      They do all the paperwork for you...that's about it.

      Cons

      They lure you into so called lucrative contracts that never happen. Once they've "negotiated" your contract, they just disappear and leave you hanging with a company that does pretty much all they want with you. I contacted my recruiting consultant to talk about issues I had at the job she "found" for me after harassing me on Linked In and lying about the company's true intent, and she just ghosted me. And since she added all my contacts on Linked In I made sure none of them would fall into the "Elite Associates" trap. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.NEVER AGAIN. Hays do a much better job.

      Working as a makeup Artist with Elite Associates gives you the opportunity to work in the UK biggest stores Harrods & Selfridges. You can also grow your network & develop yourself in your career Work shifts are so flexible! You can choose days that you want to work, which is more than convenient as a freelancer. Pay are always on time (weekly), and pay rate depends on your experience, which is quite fair

      I can't even find any cons. The flexibility is what matters a lot to me! And Elite is 100% what I am currently looking for
