      Excellent coworkers, very gratifying when you know you've done a good job.

      Cons

      The work mentality of many who work within the company is unpleasant. Many are prone to gossiping and unprofessional behavior. It creates difficulties for different departments to coordinate together.

      Pros

      This is a great environment to work in and always has room for advancement with other companies and there is a lot of cross training that can help.

      Cons

      This job requires a lot of standing and lifting. Sometimes events are very strenuous and last at least 12 or 13 hour shifts.
