Pros
You get to call and tell them when you want to work each week so if you want to work less, you can. Most of the posts are easy. Tons and tons of hours available in June for the County Fair.
Cons
If you don’t know which supervisors you like, it can be unpleasant to get stuck with a bad one. Hours are NOT consistant. There’s little to no work in the winter. Many events are rather disorganized (usually the clients fault) and instructions are not clear.
