Pros

I guess if you're a certain kind of person (obsessed with money / work and nothing else), then it's the perfect job for you. You'll get rewarded.

Cons

If you care about more than just work or money, you may find that the environment is too intense for you to actively enjoy your experience.

Pros

We have a great team of driven individuals working towards the same goals. To provide the best possible outcome to all of our clients. All of your hard work will be rewarded quite often. Upward mobility is there for everyone to pursue. Salary increases are awarded quite often based on merit and accomplishment. This is a company that you'll be excited to work for. There is no drama and the motivation to be the best version of yourself is constant. We're rapidly gaining market share and have positioned ourselves as an industry leader. This is extremely exciting to be a part of and each day is a new challenge which brings a tremendous sense of accomplishment on a regular basis. At no point have I ever been disappointed with my position with the company. If you're brought onboard you'll be just as excited with your position!

Cons

This job is for highly driven individuals. The hiring process is extensive and intense. And it's by design, to vet those out who demonstrate high levels of commitment, focus, and initiative. Nevertheless, those who excel within those categories will be highly rewarded and well taken care of. Winning the position will not be easy, however it will be more than worth the effort!

Pros

Open source tools adoption and customisation in unique ways for product development.

Cons

Chaos from rigid processes for creative work that shows lack of belief in employees sense of ownership and agency. Chaos from overworking that causes burnout that makes overall output to be lesser as burnout reduces output rate over time. Chaos from maintaining many shabby work caused by excessive pressure. Chaos in, Chaos out!

It is a false cope to blame your own failures on the company's working environment. If you weren't strong enough to make it here for more than a year, perhaps it is you who brought the "chaos" into the situation here. Our jobs are difficult and complex, and we make that very clear in the beginning. Everybody who has been on the team for long enough has no problem handling these jobs and producing results in them. If you couldn't handle the requirements of the job, and were fired after a few months as the result, that's on you, not on us.
