Nowhere to advance. Understaffed. Archaic system, They are using Microsoft XP company wide (Microsoft hasn't supported it in over 2 years) and they are using a tracking/ordering system that was created in 1994 . Their expectations are near impossible with the tools provided. It is also frowned upon to take more that two consecutive days off. Most people that have been there any length of time are burned out.
