      Very political at senior levels Strategic priorities tend to ebb and flow based on the last Board meeting Workday has frozen the market so there's very few new ERP sales

      - Middle management is biased and a lot of politics goes on within. - Decent pay but compensation hikes are too low - If you are early in your career you should rethink - frequent firing in the recent past
