Pros
Really good company values, good communication between the different teams, a good variety with my work, it is always interesting.
Cons
Remote working can sometimes be challenging, not seeing colleagues face to face every day, but ELM Group work really hard to keep everyone connected and involved, and with meetings in the office and our staff conference we have lots of opportunities to see colleagues.
