Pros
Hi autonomy level. Great working flexibility allowed. When changes happen after a couple of months is a great place to work until we are missing 3 to 4 months for the next change.
Cons
Very turbulent place with huge and frequent changes in the top management which does not allow projects to be concluded (constant changes in procedures and goals).Departments are very distinct between them selves and one being neglected is the Marketing department. Finance live in their own world. sales and the passion behind it is the power of the company, but also will be its dead as they can't have that much power (I was in sales, ok) that disrupt any strategy that may appear as also the Top management is thinking about (protection from changes in the near future) Hirarqchy is
