      Lovely ethos, students well mannered and motivated, management helpful and open.

      Cons

      Twice weekly meetings for all staff but other than that not really any other cons, great place to work.

      Professional and supportive teaching community.

      Cons

      Salary is below that of state schools but commitment and responsibility is equal to that of other independent schools. Schools finances are in the green (ie: have made a profit).
