- They come up with new customer offerings every two quarters, and abandon them soon enough.
- Never ending cycle of micromanagement and complaints about how no one takes ownership of tasks.
- No work-life balance. We were expected to work even during weekends, with no recognition.
- Absolute peanuts for pay. Appraisals here have been a joke. When it's time to pay performance bonuses, they were "never happy with performances" and refuse to pay the amount.
- Although the upskilling policy should come under a pro, the fact that there's never enough time to actually upskill oneself should be a con.
- Only the people close to the upper management and their teams apparently "work". Everyone else in the company does not "work".
