      Very personable and friendly team Solid pay Benefits Solid work/life balance

      Cons

      Lots of false promises Instability Constant work cadence changes and no set prioritization or constantly changing prioritization by upper management. Uncertainty of upper management. Questionable and seemingly on-the-fly decision making during strenuous times.

      Pros

      40 hours easy People are nice - great environment Managers listen to concerns and bring resolution to the desk. I am remote which is not normal for EmPower to do and I thank them for that! :) love it here overall

      Cons

      Wish I could visit more often. Not as transparent as I want them to be about the business but I’ve learned some news either way.

      Coworkers were positive and supportive. Great place to learn about solar and the industry.

      Cons

      Little room for growth. Upper management not transparent. Future of business seemed to always be uncertain.
