      Great team, company meetings to make you feel in control

      Cons

      No work life balance, no level of care to staff, infighting constantly due to big egos. Finishing at 2am and starting again at 6 am.

      Pros

      The structure within the business felt like everyone within a senior position wanted to see you succeed. Some great mentorship within the business and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a role.

      Cons

      The work had times where it became labour intensive, however due to the nature of the industry I understand why.
