      Lots of freedom to pursue stories. Treated like a real reporter. Lots of support when needed. Friendly office.

      The internships are unpaid so that can make it harder.

      people are friendly and office culture is decently good plus the office was beautiful. this team of journalists is super talented.

      Cons

      the rate of pay was simply too low and the company's transition to become a non-profit and pay rates significantly declined with it.
