Pathetic Decision making HOD’s , Especially Projects & Leasing. Poor Technical skills of People in all the departments No proper communication regarding the project update to the project team itself Egoistic Bosses. No proper system , every now and then new system is formed Chaotic Work atmosphere No one knows what other dept are doing People come here just for the sake of getting salary and bonus , neither any value Engineering being done nor any productive work is done towards to project .
