Pros

Embeddable is young but its roots lie in Trevor.io, so the management has been around for a while. The team takes hiring very seriously, making sure that everyone is not only a great performer but also a phenomenal culture fit and add. There is a clear sense of direction and I feel like every person is an expert in their own field. I work closely with Rogan, the VP of Growth and I could not be happier with having him as my direct manager. The hiring process is out of this world, and everyone involved, from the talent acquisition lead (hey Steve!) to the CEO have been exceptionally kind and professional. This is THE BEST hiring process I've ever gone through and I've been through many.

Cons

There is nothing that comes to mind right now. Embeddable is a startup and this means being agile, wearing many hats and experimenting to fail. If you prefer a slow-paced, corporate job, this might not be a good fit.

Pros

Fully remote, flexible hours, super-friendly team with strong skills, lots of perks, exciting product with a clear market of significant size, smart and focused roadmap, bright future.

Cons

Just common startup problems: occasional late hours, priorities sometimes set by slack message, a lot of business ops apps to keep track of, early rush to get things working created some technical debt that now needs repairing.
