Pros
This is a very cool place, I feel like I'm working with the smartest kids in the class on some very cool products. The new Waukesha building is fantastic and the employee perks (great lunchroom, 401k, health insurance) are all top rate. Plus management really seems to care about individuals and tries to help them grow in their careers.
Cons
The future here is not secure. Positions are not being filled and further investment seems to be paused. Raises are nonexistant. There are rumors of layoffs. I don't know why, since there seems to be a good value proposition and little competition. Be careful.
