Pros
Flexible work hours, family-friendly. Food, beer, and laughs are a priority. Well-managed meetings so you won't waste too much time. Great common-sense attitude toward balancing work and real life. Work-wise, as a dev, you'll probably be working an infinite bug queue--obviously both a Pro and a Con--the Pro is that in debugging everything, backend to frontend, database to browser, you'll get a wide range of experience in a short time.
Cons
In recent growth some difficult personalities have been added. This has led to cliquishness and driven away some team members. Some inexperienced employees hired, then left high and dry without support or training. Company direction is set by owners and their family members--some of whom you might never meet--and managers are hired from outside, so you are not likely to move up. The work you do on day one is the same work you'll be doing in a month, a year, in five years.
