Final settlement and Provident Fund have been pending for over one year despite completing all exit formalities and repeated follow-ups. Only partial payment was released after constant reminders. Management now shows zero accountability toward former employees, and post-exit resolution is extremely difficult. Ensure all dues are settled before leaving.
