Schedule is for the most part set. A lot of great coworkers and some good leadership including at the top. Culture is inclusive and professional. The
Cons
Lags behind in pay, refusing to even match the inflation rate for the last year. No Christmas bonus. Forced to attend early morning meetings regularly which they did not point out during interview process nor did the meetings have much relevance to my position. Some of the leadership is bad, with poor communication and poor consistency of standards. Most frustrating is that the poor leadership received accolades for their "service", showing a lack of understanding of how things are on the frontline. Consistently short staffed(pay again), and given no compensation for shouldering the extra work.
