      The company provide everything you need in terms of benefits. The salary is good, above the local average.

      Cons

      While you are there, it is all about aircrafts. You will be a specialist on aircrafts. Is it bad? No, but once you need to return to the job market, it will be really hard to find a job position requiring your knowledge.
