Pros

Embrey is a fantastic company that truly takes care of its employees. The compensation is fair, but the benefits are some of the best I've seen. Associates are granted 15 days PTO along with paid holidays. Along with great healthcare, dental vision after three months. My property has always been flexible and allowed me to take time off. Rotating Saturdays with my coworkers has proven successful, and allowed me a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

The corporate side of Embrey is the primary con about this company. There is constant turnover, and successfully reaching HR can be a hassle. Prepare for lots of constant change if you work on property. Change in management seems to occur very fairly often. Embrey is also quick to sell properties and acquire new ones at a moments notice. (Not necessarily a con)
