      Great flexibility in work schedule

      Cons

      They pay student employees the state minimum wage no matter what the student's employment. Front desk staff who sit and do their homework make the same as climbing wall instructors/ route setters who do manual labor and deal with the liability of patron injury.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
